4. Booking Confirmation
- Make sure you receive all relevant details about your tour, such as meeting time and place, special instructions and tour information.
- Once you have made your online booking on our Outdoor Adventure Sport website, you will receive a confirmation with your invoice and a Google Calendar event, which you can easily add to your calendar.
- Depending on the excursion, we will contact you to find out your height, weight and age of the children so that we can adjust the technical equipment necessary for certain excursions.
- Once you have made your booking by email or WhatsApp, we will confirm your booking by sending you the exact meeting point, checking your details (height, weight, age of children) and sending you the declaration of responsibility.
5. Preparation before the excursion
- Our guides and/or agents will contact you in the days prior to your booking to remind you of the main information. The excursion may change and/or be adapted depending on weather conditions.
- Prepare adequately for the excursion, depending on the activities planned. For example, bring suitable clothing, sun cream, water and any other necessary equipment. Please refer to the activity brochures for details of what to bring.
- Make sure you arrive at the specified meeting point on time so that you don't miss the tour. If you are going to be late, please let us know by Whatsapp or phone so you don't miss the tour.
